Day 01: Arrival Cochin / Drive to Munnar (4.5 hrs drive) (D)
On arrival Cochin, you will receive a warm welcome at the International Airport by our representative and drive straight to Munnar. One of the most popular hill stations in India; Munnar is situated at the confluence of three Mountain streams - Mudrapuhza, Nallathanni and Kundala. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Munnar (B/D)
After breakfast depart visit Tea Museum, set up at the Nallathanni Estate of Tata Tea in Munnar is a fitting tribute to the toils and rigorous of its pioneers. A section of the Tea museum also houses classic bungalow furniture, typewriters, wooden bathtub, magneto phone, iron oven, manual calculators and EPABX of the 1909 telephone system.
Mattupetty (13 km from Munnar) Situated at a height of 1700 Mts, Mattupetty is famous for its highly specialized dairy farm, the Indo-Swiss livestock project. Over 100 varieties of high yielding cattle are reared here.

Day 03: Munnar – Thekkady (Periyar) (110 kms / around 3.5 hrs drive) (B/D)
After breakfast drive to Thekkady. On arrival transfer to hotel. After a bit relaxation proceed for Spice Plantation Tour. This tour is a prime attraction of this beautiful land. Plantations of cardamom, rubber, vanilla and coffee are also aplenty. Walk amidst the green, terraced farms in Thekkady.
Late afternoon (around 1600 hrs, timings are subject to change) proceed to visit Kalaripayattu show.
Considered among the oldest and most scientific martial arts in the world, Kalaripayattu was developed in Kerala. There are also lessons in using weapons like swords, daggers, spears, maces, and bows and arrows. The primary aim is the ultimate coordination between mind and body. Day 04: Drive Thekkady (Periyar) - Cochin (around hrs) (B/D)
Kerala is most famous for the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
Boat-ride: Early morning transfer to Periyar Lake to enjoy boating and view wildlife.
Back to hotel for breakfast. Later check-out and drive to Cochin. In Cochin proceed to visit St. Francis Church, built in 1503 by Portuguese Franciscan friars where Vasco De Gama was buried for 14 years before his remains were transferred to Lisvon. Nearby is the Mattancherry Palace or ‘Dutch Palace’ (Friday closed). Amazing are the Chinese Fishing nets. They were introduced by traders from the courts of Kublai Khan. You will also see Jew City with Jewish Synagogue (Fridays & Saturdays closed), constructed in 1568, with hand-painted, willow-pattern floor tiles. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Cochin – Departure (B)
Breakfast at hotel. CHECK-OUT 1100 hrs. On time transfer to airport for onward destination.
