Day 1: Arrival Trivandrum by flight / Drive to Kovalam (30 minutes’ drive).
Meeting & assistance upon arrival and drive to Kovalam and transfer to hotel. CHECK-IN NOON. Rest day free. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2: Kovalam
Breakfast at hotel. Later proceed for SHIRODHARA THERAPY (45 MINUTES)
In this therapy, medicated oils are allowed to stream on to the forehead and on to the entire scalp as therapeutic head massage is performed. This is one of the most popular among Ayurveda therapies, as it not only enhances mental relaxation but also cools the head, paving the for a restful sleep. Evening free. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Kovalam
Breakfast at hotel. Later proceed for PIZHICHIL THERAPY (60 MINUTES)
In this treatment, two therapists, pour 3 - 4 liters of warm medicated oil all over the body in a specific rhythmic pattern while gently massaging it. This is one of the most rejuvenating and relaxing massages in Ayurveda. It is good for the nerve disorders like hemiplegic, quadriplegia, rheumatic illness, joint stiffness, muscle spasms and other degenerate diseases of old age. A definite jet lag reviver. Evening free.

Day 4: Kovalam
Breakfast at hotel. Later proceed for PATRA POTALA SWEDAM (60 MINUTES)
In this treatment, specific herbal leaves and herbal powders are bound into a bundle a soaked in warm medicated oils and applied externally to different points in the body. This therapy is useful to treat generalized body pain, still joints, low back aches, sciatica and similar ailments. Evening free.
Overnight in the beach side hotel.
Day 5: Kovalam
Breakfast at hotel. Rest day free for independent activities. Overnight in the beach side hotel.
Day 6: Drive Kovalam – Trivandrum / Departure
Breakfast at hotel. CHECK-OUT NOON. On time transfer to Trivandrum airport to board the flight for onward destination.
